Kiwanis is collecting pennies. With the pennies being phased out and everybody having many of these in pockets, cupboards, and all over the place, we thought it would be a good idea to collect them for a good cause.

Tribute through remembrance Kiwanis paid tribute to Remembrance Day at our Thursday, November 10th meeting by inviting guests and family members, and having someone come in to speak to the group.
Many Kiwanians participated in the Random Acts of Kindness day, but we decided to spread the activities over two days. On Friday, November 4th, we helped out at Hopewell Homes, and on Saturday, November 5th, we helped out at Shelldale School.
