LESSONS OF A JOURNEY TO SUCCESS.

While going through the journey to swim across Lake Ontario there were many lessons to be learned: Goal setting, Teamwork, Flexibility, Patience, Perseverance. All ingredients in almost every formula for success.

 

Bio: Miguel Vadillo.
An award winning graphic designer with over 25 years of experience.
Former high performance swimmer and pentathlete and more recently marathon swimmer and open water swimming coach.
Born and raised in Mexico City, he came to Canada as the Ontario Modern Pentathlon coach. He lives in Guelph, Ontario where he coaches swimming for the Guelph Marlins Aquatic Club and the Guelph Triathlon Club amongst other organizations.

Keen about balancing a healthy lifestyle, work, and family, passionate about what he does, in 2010 he became the 44th person in history to successfully swim across Lake Ontario, 52 Km. from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Toronto, raising over 13,000 dollars for children to have swimming and water safety lessons.
